RASLOK WATER PURIFIER WARRANTY 

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. The warranty only applies to RASLOK Water Purifier (the “Product”) supplied or distributed directly by RASLOK Pte Ltd (“RASLOK”) or sold through its authorized agents, resellers, distributors or retailors within Singapore, delivered new in RASLOK original packaging for purchase made by original consumers.
  2. The Product is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during Warranty Period indicated i) on your invoice; or ii) RASLOK special promotional advertisement by RASLOK or through RASLOK authorized dealers. Upon request by RASLOK, a proof of original purchase (either an original invoice or original sales receipt) must be presented by consumers prior to receiving the warranty services. The warranty does not cover accuracy or precision of digital clock which is dependent on internet connections.
  3. The extended warranty, if applicable for more than 12 months, is provided for the Product and its parts purchased and used in Singapore, subject to the condition that the RASLOK filtration set is continuously subscribed to and maintained every 12 months. 
  4. Except that RASLOK expressly waives the transportation, handling, or delivery charges incurred in the delivery or transportation of replacement Product or its parts, the warranty does not cover any such charges. 
  5. The warranty is non-transferrable and is issued by RASLOK to the original consumer who purchased the Product in Singapore.
  6. The warranty for repair services is valid for one month starting from the date the service job is completed.
  7. Subject to availability, RASLOK reserves the right to replace the Product with different model having equal or higher market value.

 

  • Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by RASLOK, usage and/or storage and/or installation not in accordance with Product or safety instructions, failure to purchase or subscribe to required filter maintenance, normal wear and tear, act of God, fire, flood, war, act of violence or any similar occurrence; any attempt by any person other than personnel authorized by RASLOK, to adjust, repair or support the Product and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by RASLOK.
